 This apartment features accommodations with a balcony and free Wifi. The property is 100 meters from the city center, and a 3-minute from Sao Bento Train, Metro Station, and Luis Bridge.  
  
The apartment is tranquil and bright, consisting of 1 bedroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine.  
  
1 bright bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.   
  
Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment.   
  
The accommodation is non-smoking.   
  
Guests at the apartment will be able to enjoy activities in and around Porto, like cycling.

Located in the heart of Porto's historic centre, this property is the perfect base for exploring the city's rich culture and attractions. Just a 5-minute walk from the stunning São Bento Station, known for its iconic azulejo tiles, and a short stroll to Avenida dos Aliados, Porto's main avenue filled with impressive architecture, cafes, and shops.  
  
Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach famous landmarks like the Clérigos Tower and Livraria Lello, one of the world's most beautiful bookstores. For food lovers, the area is surrounded by top-rated restaurants and cafés, including the historic Majestic Café and the local favourite, Café Santiago, known for its francesinha sandwiches.  
  
The lively Ribeira Square along the Douro River is just 15 minutes away, offering a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of dining options. For shopping, Rua de Santa Catarina and the traditional Bolhão Market are also nearby.  
  
With São Bento Metro Station just 5 minutes from the property, transportation around the city is easy and convenient, making this location ideal for experiencing everything Porto has to offer.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The inclined railway station, Batalha, is just a 3-minute walk.  
  
The nearest train station, São Bento, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.  
  
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.  
  
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.  
  
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.  
  
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.  
  
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).  
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.  
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
