The open-plan living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.   
  
The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil your culinary requirements. A washer is also available for your laundry needs.  
  
There are three bedrooms. One has a double bed, while the other has a queen bed. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.  
  
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.  
  
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, a lush public park with breathtaking views of the Douro River, is an ideal spot to relax and take in the city's beauty. The Porto Cathedral, an iconic Romanesque-style cathedral that dates back to the 12th century, is a must-see for history buffs.   
  
For music enthusiasts, the Casa da Música is a contemporary concert hall that hosts a variety of performances throughout the year. The Clérigos Tower, a Baroque bell tower that stands tall at 76 meters, offers panoramic views of the city from its observation deck. The Ageas Porto Coliseum, a stunning venue that hosts various concerts and shows, is a treat for visitors looking to experience the local culture.   
  
Finally, the Chapel of Souls, a picturesque chapel adorned with intricate blue tiles, is a true gem of Marques, Porto.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The nearest metro station, Faria Guimarães, is just a 6-minute walk.  
  
Sá Carneiro airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.  
  
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.  
  
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.  
  
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.  
  
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.  
  
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).  
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.  
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
