This lovely 80m² apartment is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse dining options. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table. Multiple windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cookware and cutlery. The apartment offers one bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. A sliding wall separates the sleeping area from the living room, which features a single bed. All beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep. Additionally, a dedicated area with a washing machine leads to a private garden with chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying sunny days and relaxing. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Please note: A few stairs must be climbed to access the apartment. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home and the private backyard. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. This is a vibrant area renowned for its blend of cultural attractions and diverse dining options. A notable nearby landmark is the Monastery of Serra do Pilar, a former monastery situated on an outcrop overlooking the Dom Luís I Bridge and the historic centre of Porto. Confeitaria Ferreira, a renowned bakery and café known for its traditional Portuguese pastries and breads. Another popular spot is Presto Pizza, situated not far, offering a variety of pizzas in a cozy setting. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The Carolina Michaelis Metro station is just a 10-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
