Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer! This apartment can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. 12 minutes walking distance to S.Bento metro station. Please note that the bedrooms are interior and do not have windows. Free Wifi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Service available 24/7 for your convenience. Guests have access to the entire property. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The narrow, cobbled streets of Ribeira are dotted with small bars and eateries serving classic Portuguese fare like grilled sardines. Colourful 18th-century houses surround Ribeira Square, here you can enjoy the magnificent landscape of Vila Nova de Gaia, stroll along the riverside, and even take a boat ride over the bridges. This property is conveniently situated near two train stations, Porto São Bento and São Bento, both within 1 km distance. The central location allows for easy access to public transportation, making it a convenient choice for travelers looking to explore the city. The address is in a bustling area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, providing guests with a vibrant and lively atmosphere to immerse themselves in during their stay. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
