This charming 55m² two-bedroom apartment is the perfect retreat for families or friends seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in the heart of the city. Located on the 3rd floor and accessible by stairs, the space has been thoughtfully designed to offer both functionality and relaxation. The apartment features an open floor plan that maximises light and space. The living area includes a cosy double sofa bed, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table.. A private balcony adds a touch of outdoor charm, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare tasty home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, and basic cookware and cutlery. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and are dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. There are two bathrooms, each stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries to provide added convenience during your stay. Please note that, due to the apartment’s central location, some street noise may be heard. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is situated in Porto’s vibrant Bairro das Artes (Arts District), a creative hub renowned for its contemporary art galleries, design studios, and eclectic boutiques. This area offers a blend of cultural attractions, green spaces, and unique local experiences.​ Nearby, you'll find the Soares dos Reis National Museum, Portugal’s oldest public art museum, showcasing a rich collection of Portuguese art. A short stroll away is the iconic Livraria Lello, one of the most beautiful bookstores in the world, known for its stunning architecture and historical significance. For a taste of Porto's hidden gems, visit the Antigo Velódromo Rainha D. Amélia, an abandoned 19th-century velodrome located just down the street. The area is also home to the beautiful Palácio de Cristal gardens, offering panoramic views of the Douro River and a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Hosp. St. António is just a 2-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. May 14, 2023 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### bon emplacement l'appartement est spacieux et peu accueillir 6 personnes sans problème, nous étions 4 c'était parfait. la situation est idéale proche du centre et à deux pas d'un arrêt de bus "palacio" et du parc romantique Palacio. on peut tout faire à pied depuis l'appartement. la literie et bonne mais matelas extrêmement taché caché par un surmatelas et oreiller qui aurait besoin d'être changé. un petit balcon pour boire le café que nous n'avons pas pu profiter suite à des travaux de construction juste en face. Attention à savoir que l'appartement est au 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Par contre point très négatif l'appartement était sale. Table de salle a manger avec de la nourriture et liquide séchés sur et sous le verre qui l'a recouvrait, nous avons du la retirer pour nettoyer. vaisselle grâce, salle de bains limite avec des mèches de cheveux au sol, prise électrique arrachée, poussière pas faite depuis pas mal de temps, aucun torchon pour la vaisselle et j'en passe ... L'agence a renvoyé une personne pour le ménage le lendemain, prévenu par mail (je ne regarde pas mes mails en vacances toutes les secondes) donc en rentrant de notre journée de visite nous nous sommes aperçus que quelqu'un était rentré (je trouve ca très limite) mais nous avions déjà fait le nécessaire pour que l'appartement soit propre pendant notre séjour. ##### Martine l. Las tapas de los dos WC estaban rotas, echamos en falta alguna toalla más, algún trapo de cocina, tabla de cortar y un buen cuchillo. Las camas y almohadas cómodas. Luego tuvimos que salir a las 11h y dejar las maletas un poco lejos del casco antiguo por lo que no aprovechamos bien la mañan ##### begoña a.
