João Welcome! This charming 15m² private room is perfectly located near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The room is equipped with a double bed and two single beds, all dressed in hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and WiFi to ensure a comfortable stay. Situated on the 1st floor, the room benefits from plenty of natural light, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Important note: The building has an old architecture and the acoustics performance is not the best. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the room. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. This part of the city was known as Brandy Circut because there are supposed to be brandy stills following to this space. In 1882, this square acquired its current name on the centenary of the death of the Portuguese political leader Sebastião José de Carvalho e Melo (Marquês de Pombal) The square includes a romantic garden, two fountains and a bandstand. Densely wooded, it is very popular on hot days and by pensioners who play Swedish and domino games here. With the metro in the zone, you can quickly move around the city in a few minutes. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Marquês, is just a 2-minute walk. The Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is a 25-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
