This cozy 40m² apartment is located close to several main attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants nearby, offering multiple dining options. The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a television to watch your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space gets plenty of natural light, making it even more inviting. You also have access to a balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with essential cooking utensils and cutlery to prepare a delicious meal. It includes an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other appliances. The bedroom is a pleasant space with a double bed and a wardrobe. It is equipped with hotel-quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort. Finally, the bathroom offers all the amenities you need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 1st floor, with no elevator. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the whole property!
