Situated on the 2nd floor and accessible by lift, please note that a few steps must be climbed before reaching the elevator. Designed with an open floor plan, the living area features a comfortable sofa and a TV for relaxing evenings with your favourite shows, and a dining table and seating for two. The kitchenette includes a microwave, a fridge, and an air fryer, perfect for preparing light meals. The bedroom is furnished with twin beds dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The room also opens onto a balcony, providing the perfect spot to savour the invigorating, crisp air. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Casa da Música, is just an 8-minutes walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
