This delightful 120 m2 duplex apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 2nd floor via stairs. The wooden ceiling beams and light-toned flooring add a warm, natural touch to the space, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. A small dining table is ideal for casual meals or work. The open layout also includes a compact yet well-equipped kitchenette featuring a microwave, cooking plate, sink, and essential cookware for meals. The sleeping area features a cosy double bed carefully made with hotel-quality linen and an ensuite bathroom with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment also boasts a private garden, which can be accessed directly from the bedroom, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or relaxing in the open air. Downstairs, you’ll find a second bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed and its own private bathroom, offering added privacy and convenience.
