Designed with a bright living, dining and kitchen area, this lovely apartment has everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Porto. There is a living area with a sofa bed and a TV to relax and watch movies after a day in the city. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy stunning city views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities needed to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: There is construction work ongoing close to the flat that may cause some noise during the day, Guests have access to the entire property. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Porto is a fascinating city in northern Portugal with many good things to offer you during your stay. There is lots of history as you walk in the streets—many monuments, stores, and cafes. The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with family and friends. There is the Douro River, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines. It is also located near the coast, allowing you to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day. Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation: \- Multiple bus stops service the area. \- The nearest Metro stop: Lapa : (10 min walking) \- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 minutes drive from the flat. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. I would rate the stay 2.5 stars. We had to move to the living room for the last three weeks to avoid the bedroom.Good points: Great location near restaurants and public transportation, a large apartment for the price, a free cleaning was provided, fast responses from the company, and a great kitchen, front room, and balcony.Neutral points: Proximity to a police station leads to sirens, and nearby building renovations cause daytime construction noise.Bad points: Mold in the bedroom ceiling caused serious health issues (including a trip to the emergency room), mosquito problem, lack of general repairs when requested, requirement to keep bedroom blinds closed due to a nearby restaurant, and a bathroom that doesn't dry quickly or completely.I hope this review does not exclude me from future GuestReady properties, however, the above are facts. Despite its great location and size,I would not stay in this property again because of the mold and mosquitoes. ##### April J.
