Set in a XIX Century Classical building that just went through total modern renovation, this Beachfront Loft with a curated contemporary design decoration, evokes a six senses luxury ambiance. This loft has 2 spacious suites with queen size beds and luxury bed linens that will ensure a good night sleep.  
The high ceiling spacious living room and a fully equipped open kitchen with all the appliances you might require, will ensure a stay you would dream of having in every city of the world!  
  
Be indulged by our two 25 square meter suites with queen beds and luxury bed linens!  
Each bedroom has a complete ensuite bathroom with all the modern amenities you might need (professional hairdryer, 100% cotton bath towels and luxury branded shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, as well as in italian design towel warmer).   
  
The living room is decorated by an award winning firm, evoking a quiet luxury setting with amazing natural light, with the sunset light entering directly from the floor to ceiling windows. It also has a private entrance/ exit with access to the beachfront street.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, and is open to the living room with an island to cook while talking to your friends and family or drinking a glass of wine.

\> The security equipment installed in the apartment is a motion detector, which will only be on when the apartment is vacant. It is there to protect the property from intruders, as it has direct access to the street. Please make sure to close all windows when you leave the apartment.
