This apartment is very comfortable, bright, and spacious. It has 50m². There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed that comfortably accommodates 1 person. It is on the ground floor and does not have an elevator. It has 1 fully equipped bathroom with a shower, including a hairdryer. It has a spacious and comfortable terrace that is furnished. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. It has access to cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and an iron. The apartment is in a strategic location close to the heart of the city, as it is just a few minutes from the most beautiful monuments and the most delicious cafes and restaurants. It is close to several shops and services, such as cafes, restaurants, banks, ATMs, supermarkets, and car parks. You will have access to the entire apartment and amenities, without any restrictions, and on an exclusive basis. We have a "Welcome Center" at Rua do Loureiro nº134, where we check-in and check-out.
