Exceptional stay! You can stay anywhere but it is rare to find a location with so much character and history. I loved the perfect integration of the old palace with modern style. When I polled my family about their favorite part of our visit to Porto, it was actually the hotel that we enjoyed most! I had a great time chatting about a range of topics with Diogo and Pedro. They were class acts and went out of their way to make my family feel welcome. The recommendations provided exceeded expectations as well.

Location is excellent and staff are very friendly. Room was large too Property is quite shabby. My room had a lot of stains. No ability to double lock the door from the inside which is a concern for safety. Strange gap in the bathroom wall. Worst of all, ALL the doors slam and make such a loud bang. Woke me up multiple times and eventually couldn’t get back to sleep

Excellent location for touring the city. Close to historic sights and good restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our apartment was spacious, clean and stylishly decorated. Parking was a bonus as it is hard to find parking in the city. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this property. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and we couldn’t have been happier with the space. It was so spacious and stylish and very comfortable. Also, the staff in the hotel and at breakfast really went above and beyond in making our stay so memorable. The special surprise for my birthday was very touching. We can’t wait to come back someday!
