It is situated near Faria Guimarães, a 15-minute walk from Porto city centre with transport nearby if you prefer to use it, an area surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarket, all types of commerce. Easy and relaxed check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with no additional costs for late arrivals. Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available. Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre and surroundings, with various public transports nearby including metro and bus. Air conditioning is a plus for hot summer days, as well as to heat it during your stay. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds for two people each, which gives capacity to accommodate 4 people. The apartment is completely equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator (small), freezer (small), microwave, vacuum cleaner. Both bed linen and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel. Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days. Smoking is only permitted outside the property. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
