• This is a small apartment but incredible cozy!  
• This home is on the ground floor. Windows are facing the road.  
• You are in the heart of Porto city (2min walk to the River)  
• Beautifully decorated by Portuguese interior designers  
• Hosts always available on chat for support  
• There is proper heating in the Studio (we'll heat in advance if needed)  
• Free internet and TV  
• Great accessibility (tram, bus)  
• Baby cot is available under request for 35€/stay.  
  
This Studio is the result of an architect renovation of a historical building. It seeks an harmonious blend of the Porto tradition (such as the wooden floor and window frames) with contemporary architecture.  
  
\- Stylish and cozy studio designed by decorators  
\- Modern bed (See pictures!)  
\- Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities  
\- Amenities include shampoo, shower gel, spices and coffee  
\- Heating is available in the apartment  
\- WiFi and TV with Netflix account signed in

\- Guests have private access to the entire apartment.  
\- There is free and unlimited 100MB internet connection as well as free access to a Netflix account.  
\- The kitchen is fully equipped: necessary cooking ware; initial cooking kit including salt, pepper, extra-virgin olive oil, sugar; tableware including wine glasses, etc.  
\- Other essential amenities: hair dryer, cleaning material, writing material, etc.  
\- If there is anything important missing let us know and we'll provide it ASAP.  
  
\- We let our guests decide on the level of interaction they wish.  
\- We are always available to help with local suggestions and are happy to meet up with our guests

Situated a 4-minute walk from Palacio da Bolsa, a 4-minute walk from Ferreira Borges Market and 500 metres from Clerigos Tower, you will be in the center of the city near one of the most amazing views of the river.  
  
The best way to get to the apartment from the airport by public transport is bus, Take the bus number 601 to the stop "Hosp. Sto. Antonio" and from there it's a short 10 minute walk (downhill) to the apartment!  
  
Other than that, Uber, would be the best option :)  
  
\- The best way to get around is by public transportation. Leave the stress of traffic home and enjoy the city by foot!  
\- This is a ground floor apartment.  
  
OTHER NOTES:  
LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS  
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:  
\-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.  
\-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.  
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.  
\-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.  
\-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, to assess the state of maintenance.  
  
CHECK-IN  
We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:  
After 8 pm: 15€  
After 10 pm: 25€  
AFter 1am: 50€  
These rates can be avoided with the available self-check-in.  
  
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short-term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
