Right in the middle of the shopping district. It is right down the street from Ribeira Square and other tourist/cultural, scenic locations. The unit is very clean, modern and large enough for two adults. Everything about the unit was perfect. Very quiet inside. No street noise. The access to the unit couldn’t have been easier. And Valentin, the manager of the property couldn’t have been more helpful. He answered all questions and resolved anything that could have been an issue. He always responded immediately. It is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a short stay, with a full kitchen and the basic amenities. The hosts are fantastic – they respond immediately and effectively to every question and issue and are a pleasure to deal with. In addition, they provided wonderful suggestions for restaurants and tours! Our only complaint is that the unit is tiny – there really wasn’t anywhere to unpack our suitcases or store our things, just one shelf and hangers in the closet and one small shoe rack/bag stand.
