"I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service "

The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. "Hospedamos no Hotel Marino Beach em Cabo frio na praia do foguete nos dias 08/03/2025 até o dia 15/03/2025. Bom, começo a avaliar pelo primeiro impacto negativo que sofremos. Primeiro: A hospedagem não tem estacionamento e no site dizia que tinha. ou seja, fomos enganados. O carro ficou o tempo todo no sol e na rua. Segundo: viajamos com uma criança de 5 anos, e quando contratamos o local dizia que tinha brinquedoteca. Mas, quando chegamos lá, não tinha. Não tinha nada, nada de parquinho ou...
