Staying in our holiday home you will be surrounded by the modern style of the structure surrounded by large spaces just under 250 meters from the splendid white sandy beaches of Porto Cesareo, an enchanting Ionian beach called 5 Vele 2023.  
The holiday home has a large equipped terrace with a sea view, a pergola with a barbecue and a place to have lunch and dinner outside; a livable living room with a dining room, a TV area, a kitchen and a double sofa bed; two bedrooms called the Scirocco room and the Tramontana room: the Scirocco room has 5 beds while the Tramontana room has 4 comfortable beds; if necessary, an additional bed can be provided. There are also two bathrooms with a shower and bidet, a large laundry area and a private panoramic terrace with a sea view!  
Residenza Smeraldo is equipped with double air conditioning, floor-standing ventilation and Wi-Fi;  
We can accommodate up to 12 beds,  
Guests will be provided with an umbrella and two deck chairs to use free of charge on the free beach very close by on foot;  
Around:  
Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo with the most beautiful beaches in Salento,  
Punta Prosciutto with its very famous natural pool,  
Porto Selvaggio with its pristine coast,  
Gallipoli with the Aragonese castle overlooking the sea,  
Leuca with "Punta Melisio where the Ionian and the Adriatic meet. ...  
The most beautiful locations in Salento a stone's throw from tea!  
The area is served by bars, restaurants, pharmacies, butchers, lidos, free beaches, nightlife venues, a pedestrian area with stalls for families and all essential services
