Just a short walk from the house, the beach invites you to relax in the sun or dive into the crystal-clear waters of the sea, while the centre of the village is within easy walking distance, offering you the chance to explore restaurants, shops and the lively local life.

Comprising a living area with a leather sofa with peninsula, TV and brunch area, a separate modern kitchen equipped with every comfort including a refrigerator, oven, toaster, and books on Salento cuisine, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom complete with a crystal shower.   
In the living area and in the double bedroom there are air-conditioners that cool the entire structure.  
Armoured windows with mosquito nets and soundproofed glass guarantee maximum security and privacy. The flat is completed by an outdoor laundry area and a wonderful sea-view balcony.
