"With our 2 adult children we settled into this property making the easy choices of our daily activities either in Porto Cervo or at one of the multiple beach-clubs in the area. The house is exactly as represented and was found to be in clean conditon and perfectly situated very close to Porto Cervo. This was a jumping off start to our annual European vacation and was very relaxing. Monica our host was always readily available and contributed to our enjoyable time in the Villa! Thank you!"

"The condo is well situated inside a beautiful, safe gated neighborhood with lots of flowers. The host is quick to respond and helpful along with the property caretakers. Place was clean and spacious. Very nice to have a washing machine. The backyard view is beautiful!! The only thing to note is the hot water does run out fast so if one person takes a shower it must be very quick or the second person will not have hot water and need to wait sometime for the tank to replenish. "The staff were excellent and very customer focused The property is old and dated and in desperate need of a refurbishment. The rooms smell quite mouldy The location is fantastic and walkable. Unfortunately in the low season most of the shops in Porto cervo were closed . People should be aware of that if planning to go in low season"
