The beds were very comfortable, there was a good amount of space for socializing, and the house was clean. But note that stairs are narrow and fairly steep. With the only bathroom downstairs, it’s best to be steady on your feet. No coffee creamer or sugar but coffee Keurig pods were supplied. The place definitely needs to be updated however. The dishes seemed dirty and we washed them prior to using them. The bathroom is downstairs (which is fine) but if you’re coming down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom the light for the stairs is broken. Two out of three bedroom doors didn’t fully close so if you’re looking for some privacy from others you’d have to put something against the door for it to stay closed. The larger bedroom has a large closet but there was a door on the ground so when we used the closet we had to walk on the door. The fridge has broken shelves in it and the water dispenser didn’t work so we were left with bags of ice and a brita. The stove stands alone like in the pictures but the hoses are exposed. No issues whatsoever and he even let us check in early when we made it into town earlier than expected, all it took was a quick message which he replied to very quickly. 100% would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. ##### Tony M.
