This duplex does have a shared backyard with other tenants. This one bedroom duplex will have everything you need for your Portland trip. The units comes with self check-in, free street parking, and plenty of amenities. Plus a convenient location within walking distance to several popular restaurants, bars, and coffee shops + more. This is an ideal home base to explore Portland. ❋BEDROOM❋ There is one bedroom located upstairs in the unit. It features a king size bed and has its own bathrooms conveniently located within. ❋BATHROOM❋ This unit features 1 full bathroom. Inside the master bedroom you will find it\`s own bathroom with a full bath tub. ❋BACKYARD/SHARED SPACE❋ Since this is a duplex, the backyard space is technically a shared space even though the other unit is fenced off to itself.
