This cottage comfortably sleeps eight with an upper loft area with a full bed and two twin beds and views of the river! The lower level has a private deck, kitchen, 3/4 bath, queen Murphy bed and full sofa bed. The space This cottage boasts a private boat dock shared only with the property owners. Miles of trails that lead to and around Cook Park which offers 79 acres of outdoor area - the areas largest park! You are no more than a 5-20 min drive, or Uber ride to the bustling Bridgeport Village shopping center, Downtown Portland, Downtown Lake Oswego, or many of the areas finest local vineyards in Yamhill County. Guest access You will have access to the entire property which includes 1.4 acres of waterfront. Peaceful and private. I had a problem with ants on the 2nd night after running the shower water, but luckily there were ant traps on hand. The view is nice from the patio. I would recommend having an umbrella for guests to borrow and a new set of pans. The medium sauce pan is missing and the pans definitely seem like they have been used a lot. Maybe a few ceramic plates. Plastic doesn't always do well in the microwave.
