Step inside and you'll find an open layout that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, all bathed in natural light from the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The thoughtfully designed interior creates a welcoming atmosphere, blending modern comfort with chic style. Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living area, preparing a meal in the sleek kitchen, or enjoying a morning coffee with views of the park, Pinnacle Place offers the ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring the best of Portland. Located in the heart of the Pearl District, you're just a short walk from trendy boutiques, renowned restaurants, and local art galleries. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering place for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighbors noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the condo unit. PET FRIENDLY: \*There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). We will absolutely book again. The hosts, amenities and location were great. The condo is incredibly stylish and was well equipped with more than we could've asked for including kids toys, play mats, extra dish ware, blankets & pillows. The check in and out process was simple and easy to follow. Also - the secure parking garage was a life saver. The location is right next to parks, great coffee shops, bouqtiues and excellent restaurants.
