Really cute Hotel conveniently located near Kennebunk port. Hotel manager was friendly and helpful. No housekeeping was inconvenient when staying multiple nights.

We have stayed at this property before the pandemic many times. We used to love the cleanness, friendliness and the amazing breakfast. This is why we came back. We checked in a little after 7. The receptionist was nice but not friendly nor did she once smile. But that’s fine. Check in was quick and easy. Room was fine but nothing that stands out. The lobby was boring with absolutely no holiday decorations I was shocked as i remember a crowded lobby in the past with people and full of decorations. I was told breakfast was being served 8:30 to 10. My mom went for breakfast and found that they served toast, muffins and bananas. I thought it was a joke. Went myself and of course it was true. I shared with the receptionist my disappointment but she said nothing and clearly could have cared less. This is the same woman who assisted with my check in the night before. Young man walked behind her as if he was doing the inventory and kept walking as if he didn’t hear me. We checked out and went our way. We checked in Sat. 12/9 and checked out 12/10. I wouldn’t stay at this property again boring and extremely disappointed. Have friendly staff work for you that want to be there, make it a holiday spirit and have a decent breakfast. We paid $298, yikes 😳

Great location,
Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable, clean accommodations. Breakfast was lacking, but morning drink options made up for it. Not the hotels fault, but if you are a light sleeper, request a second floor room. The people above us were up half the night jumping around, even with the TV on it was loud.

Weekend to Maine
We always stay here when we come up to Maine (several times a year) & never have any issues. The ironing board in the room only had the cover over the board-there was no padding layer that’s supposed to be under the cover. Therefore we were unable to iron our clothes for the family function we were attending. Also we were walking around barefoot after showering as we got ready for the function. When we went to put on socks/shoes the bottoms of our feet were blackened & filthy from floor. We were in a dog friendly room but the floor apparently hadn’t been mopped/cleaned properly prior to our check in.

To start with, they didn't have our reservation. Though not full, they put us in alocation where we had to park by the trash cans and was dark, not around front where everyone else was. The room had new flooring in the room, but the floor sunk several inches in front of the bathroom. The dead bolt jammed last as I was about ready for bed and was checking the locks. They tell you when we got there that they only serve continental breakfast (which was very poor at best) because of covid . Funny, I was in the maine area all week and that was the only continental I got. Give the cheapskates an "F" on everycount.

reason for not finding reservation when reservation was place online 1st name,last name was fliped.our system find reservation with last. reason for giving you room towards end of building ibecause room type you selected when you make reservation is towards end of building. whenever reservation come through 3rd party we do not change anything. during covid we did not serve breakfast. as of now we are serving breakfast which is continental as shown on expedia and other site. we dont serve hot breakfast and we did not advertise for hot breakfast.

Desk staff friendly at check in. Breakfast was okay but not great. Our room had some ignored damage to the floor which caused it to squish when you walked over a large area near the bathroom. It felt like they needed more repairs than the minor amount they’d already attempted.

Hotel in Kennebunk
This hotel was not new, but the rooms were a generous size…space to move around. We were only there one night. The breakfast was continental..cereal, muffins, beverages.

Pool was great..and quiet. Property was well landscaped but the tree in front of the sign needs pruning so we can see the sign better from the road. Staff at front desk was excellent. All round great place to stay!

Refreshing Multi-day Stop
We had a wonderful time at the Port Inn. The room was clean and welcoming. The air around the hotel and in the room smelled beautifully of fir trees. The pool was cool and refreshing. We added local jam to our breakfast of delicious toast to make it scrumptious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Across the street is a BBQ smokehouse restaurant that's also fantastic. We enjoyed the wood vinyl flooring of our room.

The room smelled, maybe it was the rug, I'm not sure, but you smelled it every time you walked in. Didn't like that.
