We want guests to relax but we also hope to be able to continually provide exceptional accommodations because our guests understand they are to leave our property as they found it...clean, neat and tidy. Children should have fun while under the watchful eye of their parents. \--Completion of a guest information form, guest screening/verification process and a signed rental agreement is required for your reservation to be finalized. A security deposit up to $500 as an authorized hold on your credit card is also required. \--A guest guidebook will be provided to guests prior to arrival and you must read, acknowledge and adhere to that information during your stay. \--The person named on the reservation will be our point of contact and must be present during the entire stay (unless discussed in advance with us). They are responsible to convey the information found in the Guest Guidebook to other guests staying or visiting and ultimately for the actions of those other guests while at the property during their stay. \--The number of guests specified at the time of booking must match the number of those actually present during the stay. The external cameras will verify the number of guests and you will be billed accordingly if there are more guests than your original reservation states. The maximum amount of guests allowed for each unit is: Farmhouse = 8 guests, Detached Studio = 2 adults and The Camping Corner = 2 adults. The property maximum is 12 guests and this applies to sleeping and/or occupying the property (buildings or grounds). It was clean, homey, and welcoming with a snack and local wine left from our wonderful hosts. Noelle was in contact from the beginning and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a multigenerational family gathering with this wonderful VRBO as our home base. We had a full house with kids, teens, parents and grands. This home had everything we could even think to use. We cook when we get together, and the kitchen was fully stocked, with all of the dishes/utensils we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were cozy and every need had been thought of in advance. We loved having a large dining table for our family meals. But the true highlight was the backyard, at least for the boys. With room to roam, and a bocce ball court, we were constantly entertained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. This farmhouse VRBO is so beautifully restored, you can tell that they put a lot of love into this home, and it was the perfect place for our family to reconnect. ##### Katie S. The house and property was very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with top notch tools and appliances. Noelle checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. We were there for my daughters wedding, so glad we found this house. We even rented the vintage trailer on the property for my daughter. She loved it it was very cute and she loved the outdoor soaking tub. We will definitely be renting again on our trips to Oregon. ##### Joni D. Séjour de 2 nuits en mai 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### William C., Conroe, USA 30 nov. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### 5 Stars is not enough!! 5 Stars is not a high enough rating to describe this beautiful and beautifully equipped home. Because we have family all over the country, we rent many homes through VRBO and other such sites. "Our Sweet Retreat" is by far the cleanest, most user-friendly, well equipped home in which we have ever stayed. The set-up (including the separate loft) was family friendly and had all the amenities and more that you would expect. Most impressively, the kitchen and cooking supplies (glasses, plates, silverware, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils) were amazing. Unlike most of our previous short-term rentals, my wife and I had everything and more we needed to host our kids and grandkids for a fabulous Thanksgiving feast. To make the experience even more amazing, the few minor questions we had were immediately addressed by Noelle and/or her husband - who were both always available, friendly, and helpful. On a scale of 1 to 10 this house is a 12+ - we can and will plan on staying at "Our Sweet Retreat" as often as we can!! ##### William C. Séjour de 6 nuits en novembre 2022
