Staff were polite, let us check-in early and use the parking lot so we could walk around, the beach is super close and the pier maybe a 10 min walk, very clean, newly updated

They accommodated an early check in request which allowed us a spend the entire day on the beach. The location/proximity to the beach is exceptional. The rooms are nice.

You Will Love This Property
What a great property! The owners are friendly, accommodating and onsite. The room is large, modern and clean. The property sits on the beach. The pool is heated and awesome for night swimming. The pier is visible from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. We ended up booking an additional night because we had such a great time.

Very disappointing to pay lots of money for a suite and not have the little extras,,,bathrobe, towels for hot tub, utensils, make up remover, xtra coffee, xtra pillows etc

Sorry you did not receive complete satisfaction. We provide everything you asked for except for robes and utensils. Our rooms are not for cooking, The bed has 6 pillows so I don't agree that we do not provide extra pillows since 6 pillows for two people is surely extra. Its sad you could only report on the negative since you had a beautiful room, directly beachfront with your own private eck and personal hot tub. JJ Mokarzel, Owner

Older building but newly renovated. Views of the ocean but directly seated in front of the park lot, which was very tight if you have a bigger vehicle. Walking distance from beach and strip which was great. Very clean, kind staff.

Its a good place. The people work there are nice and they helped me out quick everytime i needed. I would like they put a roll of paper towels in the room in case is need it, hungers for your clothes. The location is good. Close to the beach and Palace Playland.

Second year staying here. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean. We arrived early and the owner made sure we could check in early. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Will stay there again next year.

The motel is clean, nicely updated, close to attractions and right on the beach. Staff were friendly and let us check in an hour early which was awesome! Beds were comfy and bedding was nicer than expected for a motel. Bathroom was extremely small but easily tolerated for a one night stay. This is a great place to stay for families with young kids or friends looking for a fun party atmosphere. But as a couple in our 50’s we would not choose this motel or town again.

Property was good for the price. Rooms were comfortable. Pool was more like a hot tub, water was too warm, not refreshing at all. Overall it was a good place to stay and we’d stay again.

We chose to heat the pool to a warm 90-degrees and while some guests feel it is too warm, the overwhelming majority of guests simply love it, especially after coming out of the 57 degree ocean just yards away. Many guests appreciate this optional service and we are flexible in allowing early arriving guests to park free before the 3:00 pm check in time.
