Private entrance. The Space: This is a beautifully-remodeled four bedroom home in the heart of NE Portland, Oregon, with a walk score of 99\. We redesigned this space with luxury and comfort in mind and it is truly one of a kind in this area. The living room is cozy and relaxed, with new windows streaming plenty of natural light. The pull-out couch is comfortable for lounging. Those rainy days are perfect for cuddling up and watching movies on the 50" LED flat-screen TV. While I don't have cable, you'll have access to Netflix and blazing fast WiFi for streaming. We have brand new air conditioning in the bedrooms, living room, and throughout the home. If you feel like eating in, there's a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a big farmhouse-style table in the spacious dining room to easily host your crew - not to mention a local co-op down the street! There's also dozens of local restaurants within walking distance, including several of our favorite food carts! We have 3 brand new queen beds with comfortable down comforters, duvets and large pillows. The bedrooms are all located upstairs and have large closets and dressers for clothing storage, and we have luggage racks to place your bags. The unit has brand new stainless steel appliances, and a large in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry convenience. There is also a pull out couch to use as needed! We're equipped with high-speed Wifi throughout the house. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and extra towels are all provided for our guests' comfort.
