Not really a bad word to say about this property. The property was in keeping with all the other properties on the "Avenues" in Pine Point. With 5 children with us, the property was large enough that we never felt on top of each other.
The beach is a 3-minute walk away, as-is "Salty's" chip shop and a little further to the lobster pound. Superb location, super quiet too.
The screened-in porch out back was ideal for early evenings and game nights too with the kids ! Bedrooms were ideal for both singles and kids sharing, and the ceiling fans were welcome for the warmer evenings also.
Most of the the things you look for in a summer rental have been catered for, e.g. outdoor cold-water beach shower, good BBQ, Wifi, 2 full bathrooms, etc etc. We will most likely be renting this property again.
