I offer a seamless self check in and out but I am available day or night by cell phone if you have any questions or need any assistance. In the Heart of the Old Port! Centrally located in the middle of everything! You can walk to many boutiques, eclectic restaurants, and thriving nightlife while breathing in the salty air from Casco Bay just a block away. \*\*This is a gorgeous townhouse condo located on the 3rd floor and is accessible only by climbing 2 sets of stairs with a landing in between. Also, there is no dedicated parking for the condo as it is right downtown. There is a parking garage across the street for a fee, as well as several other parking garages throughout the Old Port. Also, on-street parking is permitted for a fee during 9am-6pm, free 6pm-9am, and free on Sunday. No smoking and no pets. Right in the middle of Portland’s highlights. Lots of shops and activities for the day and great restaurants - all nearby. My only disappointment was with the city’s mismanagement. The political inability to properly manage the mentally ill and subsequent homelessness makes the night scene more sketchy than it should be. I have never entered a bar/restaurant and frisked to see if I was carrying a firearm until Portland. This happened in a place within 100 yds of the apartment/condo. There were multiple times I felt unsafe walking the town. In the apartment itself, I felt safe, but everywhere else not so much especially at night. ##### Michael K.
