Beautiful hotel for a great pricePosted 12-Feb-2018
They accommodated our large cheerleading group and even made last minute changes. I checked in early without a problem. Staff was helpful and friendly and we loved the warm, inviting atmosphere. The best part was that checkout wasn't until noon so all the girls got to swim before we left. Will be back next year, thank you :)

Convenient hotel near sports center and Nike HQPosted 16-Jan-2018
Pros: Location, responsive staff, clean rooms
Cons: Install fans in the bathroom to prevent smell from lingering in the room
Location: Right next to freeway, close to downtown Beaverton and Portland, near Nike HQ and sports & recreation area (tennis, swimming, soccer, etc).
This hotel is very conveniently placed near the Tualatin Hills Athletic Center, which houses tennis, swimming and other sports and recreation facilities. Great for out of town visitors during sports tournaments, as it seems to be a hub for families of the competitors. It is also conveniently located near the freeway as well as shopping and dining areas. Most of all, it is a few blocks away from the Nike Headquarters. If you get an opportunity to visit the Nike employee store (usually restricted to employees, their families, and other affiliated organizations such as the USTA), it is a nice experience. We had a pleasant experience staying here for four nights recently when visiting for a tennis tournament. Good facilities and responsive staff. We did not eat here, so I cannot comment about the quality of the dining experience. The only two things we weren't thrilled about were the faucet in the bathroom, which is too small and makes it hard to wash your hands (bad design), and the lack of a fan in the bathroom, which makes the smell linger and even get into the room (another poor decision by the builders). The hotel must install fans in the bathrooms!

Good value in BeavertonPosted 12-Nov-2017 on Hotels
We've stayed here before, it is very good value for the price. We've also stayed at the Homewood Suites next door a couple times and when the prices are close, I prefer to stay there, it has free breakfast and the rooms are a little nicer but this place is perfectly fine and we got a great deal so I'm happy.

3 AM SurprisePosted 4-Nov-2017
Booked a room for the night to be close to the hospital where my brother was having bypass surgery early the next morning. at 3:00 AM the fire alarm goes off! And this is a VERY loud alarm with a very bright flashing strobe that’s right next to the bed! I quickly dressed, gathered my belongings and went to find an exit. There were no staff helping guests to exits, that I could see. Another guest pointed me to the exit. The only staff I encountered was holding the door at the bottom of the emergency exit. Eventually the fire department arrived and guests were allowed back in the lobby area. After about an hour, the hotel manager finally announced to the guests what had happened - a malfunction of the sprinkler system or other plumbing failure had flooded the lower floor. If we had rooms on the upper floors we could return to them. However, they had shut the water off to the entire building! We couldn’t use the showers or flush the toilets. The manager was handling out complimentary passes to the large 24 gym next door so guests could use their showers, etc. I decided to check out early and head over to the hospital to wait for my brother’s surgery. Bottom line: It was a nice room. The staff I had interaction with were friendly and helpful. I think there could have been better communication to the guests about what was going on. Also perhaps staff to guide guests to the exits. I learned to read the evacuation maps and keep my belongings ready to go at a moment’s notice.
