It boasts two inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs is your personal oasis. You'll find the large main bedroom with queen-sized bed; spacious bathroom with shower, tub, and two vanities; and cozy office nook overlooking the tree-lined street. Downstairs features the second bedroom, which also functions as a library with sofa bed; a formal living room; dining room; kitchen with modern appliances, including a Cafe two-drawer dishwasher; bathroom with claw-foot tub; and elegant living room featuring leather sofa, French-style hutch, and TV. The house was lovingly restored with brand-new white oak floors, crystal chandeliers throughout (ask about rainbow season\*!), and painted in historic shades to match the house's era. Laundry in basement. Fancy cat not included. \*Rainbow season comes but twice a year when the sun is at just the right angle to pass through the dining room window, hitting the chandelier and showering the downstairs with vivid, dancing rainbows.
