A private entrance lets you inside our beautifully furnished suite (900 sqft) on the lower level. where you'll find a basket of organic fruit, bottle of wine, sparkling water, snacks. You can relax in our hot tub anytime day or night and have lunch on our sunny back deck. We're walking distance to Reed College, close to downtown. You'll sleep in a comfy queen bed, have your own bathroom. shower, full kitchen, laundry. Nearby is a golf course, dog park, public transit, restaurants, coffee houses. We welcome dogs but not cats. No cats. You can park your car in our driveway.
We look forward to welcoming you into our home and will make your stay as comfortable as possible while taking your privacy seriously. Our elegantly decorated suite has everything you need.

If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay, close in to the city, with all the comforts of home, you've come to the right place. Before you arrive, we hire a cleaning service so our suite is sparkling clean when you arrive with freshly washed sheets, blankets, pillowcases and towels. You'll have complete privacy.
Check-in is easy. Just let us know when you'll be arriving, and we'll be here to greet you or provide you with the lockbox code.

You'll have a private entrance and can come and go as you like without disturbing us.

You'll be staying in a large private studio apartment in our daylight basement complete with everything you'll need -- cable television, free Wifi, an air filter cleans the air from our heating and cooling system. You can use our pool table, shared laundry facilities and there's a full kitchen, including a microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, coffee maker, electric frying skillet, refrigerator and gas stove. We also welcome our guests to join us on our sunny back deck for a glass of wine or a bottle of beer along with cheeses, crackers and an assortment of nuts.

Of course our home is air conditioned.

You'll love our Tudor house in the tree-lined upscale Eastmoreland neighborhood, a few blocks away from the Eastmoreland Golf Course, Reed College and the Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

You're welcome to sit in our manicured garden full of lush plants and flowers, or our deck at any time. And. of course, soak in our hot tub anytime

Guests have full access to laundry room and all laundry facilities as well as free street parking right in front and/or off street parking in our driveway.

From our house, you can reach downtown Portland within 15 minutes by car, and we're just a few blocks from a city bus stop and a 10 minute walk to the light rail MAX system that connects to the Portland airport. We can also pick you up from the airport or bus station at no extra charge.

We're avid travelers and would love to share our experiences with you to such far-off places as Ethiopia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Oman and Tibet.

We are a non smoking home.

You're welcome to bring your dogs, and we don't charge an extra fee. But please no cats.

Guests have the full use of our daylight basement, laundry room and our upstairs kitchen -- as well as our sunny back deck, and outdoor garden. Our guests can also use our washing machine and dryer without an additional charge.

We do ask that you are vaccinated and have had the Covid booster shot before booking.
