Was told there are spare batteries in the kitchen drawer. There were 4 total. None of them worked either. It was more than 100 degrees outside. So didn't head out to get the batteries till it was cooler in the evening. Spent half the day indoors (out of 2 days total stay) cooped up not being able to do a simple thing as watch TV. The owners response was they will reimburse me 5-10$ for the batteries after spoiling nearly 25% of our trip for which we paid $750\. With the exorbitant amount of fees and charges the least you can expect is a working remote or a quick resolution by coming and dropping fresh batteries. But the owners are too good for that. IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS PLACE CARRY ALL EXTRAS WITH YOU. ##### Lakhmeet G.
