ASTR guests share the main-floor kitchen with the long-term basement resident. No commercial events. Maximum occupancy is 5 bedrooms (2 guests per room). Listings may not imply higher capacity. Only one group may rent the ASTR at a time. Smoking Policy. Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited unless expressly allowed. Sep 23, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Beautiful home. Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. Host was very responsive and friendly. Parking on site. Upstairs shower is a claw foot tub combo. A little tricky for showering but doable. Not recommended for the elderly or the clumsy. Beds were comfy and plenty of space.
