You must leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived, except for normal wear and tear. (i) We will notify you and provide evidence of any damage or missing items; (ii) repair or replacement costs may be charged to your security deposit or payment method; (iii) lost revenue due to damages may also be charged; and (iv) failure to report any damage within 48 hours or before check-out may result in loss of coverage. A long-term tenant must reside on the property at least 270 days/year per Zoning Code 33.207.050.A.1\. Follow quiet hours from 10 PM–7 AM per Title 18 Noise Control; noise must not disturb neighbors or be audible in other dwellings. ASTR guests share the main-floor kitchen with the long-term basement resident. No commercial events. Maximum occupancy is 5 bedrooms (2 guests per room). Listings may not imply higher capacity. Only one group may rent the ASTR at a time. Smoking Policy. Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited unless expressly allowed. Parking on site. Upstairs shower is a claw foot tub combo. A little tricky for showering but doable. Not recommended for the elderly or the clumsy. Beds were comfy and plenty of space.
