Bedroom is set up with a queen bed and Casper mattress. Smart TV in the living room is a perfect accommodation for 2; whether it's a romantic getaway or just a cozy space to relax after work. Newly renovated apartment with lots of street parking. Full size kitchen appliances for every day cooking. Multifamily home. This unit is downstairs with one bedroom and one bath. Unique, new furniture. Conveniently located in the central part of Vancouver downtown in front of a beautiful park, perfect for an evening walk. It's also close to freeways and newly built Vancouver waterfront, lots of entertainment and restaurants. Main door access into the hallway and then separate door into the unit. The hallway has the washer and dryer dedicated to this unit; however, the hallway is also shared with the upstairs unit for entry only. Had one issue with the stove on Thanksgiving not working, but the owner came quickly and got it working so my son could make Thanksgiving dinner.
