I sincerely apologize for the issues you had here. We are having issues with some of the headboards and are negotiations with the manufacturer to replace them for us. I would like to know what room you were in as our bathrooms are very recently redone and normally are very nice. We are next to a highway but only a few rooms ever have noise issues so I am guessing maybe you were in one of our jacuzzi suites which are the closest to the highway and the intersection that is very busy at times. As for the adult store, we can't control our surroundings however to ease your concern, we never have any issues with it as it is actually behind us and not next door. Unless you saw the sign on the street you wouldn't know it's there. I hope you will give us another chance as I feel you would have a much better experience if you came back and didn't have that one room on the corner.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay due to noise. If the noise was coming from inside the hotel, I would always encourage you to contact the front desk (of any hotel you are in) so that they can research it and take care of the issue as we will always do that.
