Your Kennebunkport Home Base

  • Bienvenue à Kennebunkport! Notre maison confortable attend vos rêves de vacances. Cette maison de quatre chambres et deux salles de bains se trouve à une courte distance du centre de Kennebunkport et de toutes ses offres. Notre maison est située à mi-chemin entre Kennebunkport et Cape Porpoise. Un espace ouvert salon / cuisine / salle à manger permet une grande distraction. Home dispose d'une chambre au premier étage (lit complet), d'une salle de bain complète et d'une buanderie. Le deuxième étage a un petit coin salon, une salle de bain complète et trois chambres supplémentaires (trois lits jumeaux et une reine). Terrasse et barbecue à l'extérieur pour votre plaisir!

    La cuisine est bien équipée avec une cafetière, un micro-ondes et des casseroles. Les unités AC sont sur les deux niveaux de la maison et il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse. La propriété est approvisionnée en draps, serviettes et serviettes de plage.

    Notre maison est à dix minutes à pied du centre-ville de Kennebunkport, qui regorge de restaurants, de boutiques et de sites magnifiques. Colony Beach est à cinq minutes en voiture et ne nécessite pas de passe pour la plage. Goose Rocks Beach est à dix minutes en voiture. Vous pouvez obtenir un permis de plage au magasin situé à la plage pendant les mois d'été et Kennebunk Beach est à cinq minutes en voiture avec un stationnement avec compteur en été.

    Nous sommes à quarante minutes de Portland, qui propose des expériences culinaires exceptionnelles, des musées, des magasins et un ferry pour les îles.

We had a fantastic stay at this house- in a great location about 15 minute walk to town with sidewalks the whole way! The house was clean, charming and spacious and Kathy was the perfect host! Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Stay with Lovely Hosts

We had such a wonderful time during our stay in Kennebunkport. Kathy and Buzzy were amazing hosts and we so enjoyed meeting them. The house is in a perfect location, walkable to Dock Square but tucked away enough to not feel busy. We can't wait to get back there again!

Kathy and Buzzy's home in Kennebunkport was absolutely wonderful. The listing was accurate, the home, linens, and towels were spotlessly clean and Kathy and Buzzy were a delight to work with. Kathy communicated everything we needed to know in advance of our stay. The home is within walking distance to town with sidewalks the entire way, yet on a quiet street away from the traffic. We stayed during a hot week and each room was wonderfully air conditioned; we were extremely comfortable. The home is appointed with everything we needed to cook our meals, swim at the beach and have an enjoyable week. Our entire family enjoyed this beautiful home. We feel very grateful to have found this gem in Kennebunkport.

Perfect

Wonderful house situated walking distance to town (0.8 miles) and an easy bike ride to a sensational beach (4.8 miles). The place couldn’t have been nicer, nor the hosts more welcoming. Me and my whole family had a sensational time.

Amazing place!

Such an amazing location and easy walk to dock square!! The host was absolutely amazing, she greeted us upon arrival and answered our questions about the house in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!!

The house was very clean and the host very accommodating. She put the outside lights on for us when we were out after dark on our first night there. The house was very organized, had everything we needed. The location was superb. We definitely recommend staying at Kathy’s place!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was spacious and comfortable for our whole family! Amazing Place

Amazing place to stay. What a beautiful home in a great area close to downtown. Kathy was amazing and made you feel wlcomed and would make you feel like it was really your home. Kathy was very helpful in giving us ideas of what to visit and where to eat. If we needed anything she was there to help. The house is stocked with everything you would need. Charming, comfortable,and convenient

This house is just delightful. It's quite spacious, comfortable and well appointed. There were plenty of dishes, towels, extra blankets, etc. And it was impeccably clean. The neighborhood was so quiet! Kathy and Buzzy were gracious hosts without being intrusive. They offered great tips and were extremely responsive and communicative. The big benefit is how close the house is to everything. Bring your bikes because it's an easy ride (and parking can be tricky in town). We felt right at home and can't wait to return.

We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and I believe this place was the best. The house is cozy, clean, fully stocked, and beautiful! The location can't be beat: close to downtown but very quiet.

Hidden Gem in Kennebunkport

Excellent experience staying at this property. Bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival, nice touch after flying in from the west coast. Owners were responsive to all our needs. The beds were comfortable, nice linen and plenty of towels. The layout of the house was perfect and had everything we needed for a wonderful, comfortable stay. The location was excellent and easy walk into town. Had a great dinner at Hurricane's. I will definitely book this property again. Thanks Kathy and Buzzy for a wonderful stay at your home! You do an exceptional job all the way around.

Beautiful home in convenient Kennebunkport location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Kathy and Buzz's beautiful, well appointed home in Kennebunkport. It was conveniently located on a quiet street not far from Dock Square and was highly comfortable for our party of 6. We would gladly stay there again on a return visit to Southern Maine. Great Vacation Home

All Around A+ Experience

Kathy’s beautiful home was perfect for our annual women’s getaway. It was the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever been in. It was perfectly appointed with kitchen ware, cleaning supplies and comfortable furniture and beds. Truly an A+ experience. Thank you, Kathy. You’re the best!

Late Summer R&R

Simply stated: a quintessential Maine getaway. From the moment we drove up, the home had an inviting New England cottage feel. This home far exceeds expectations, from the location ( short walk into town), to the condition ( excellent), to the hosts (welcoming ). We can’t wait to come back.
