Located on a quiet street but close to Alberta shops and foods. Great neighborhood for walking or biking. Second story master bedroom has balcony and space for yoga or office work. Peaceful place to watch the sunrise. Be advised the stairs are steep so not for all humans. Bonus points for full bath with a nice tub downstairs. Cons - The shared laundry is in the basement accessed through an outside door and needs a good cleaning and organization though the machines are clean and functional. There are no clear instructions for the Portland composting system other than to look it up online.
