The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities, making it such a comfortable stay. It is so nice not to have to worry about packing or buying basic necessities like hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and dishwasher/dishwashing detergent. The location was ideal, with an easy 20-minute walk to Old Port, Maine State Pier, and the waterfront. There are also plenty of restaurant and bar options near by. This allowed us to explore the area comfortably and enjoy the local attractions without needing transportation. Our hosts, Jason and Megan, were fantastic. They were super responsive and very attentive, ensuring we had all the necessary details before arrival Their welcome book was very clear and specific, answering our questions. One thing to note is to pay attention to the parking instructions, as the designated parking area is a short walk from the apartment. Overall, our experience in Portland, Maine, was greatly enhanced by this wonderful accommodation and the exceptional hospitality of Jason and Megan. ##### Minh-Thu P. Very clean and new and had everything we needed. The hosts were great communicators and had a nice welcome packet with tons of info. Walking distance to everything we wanted. Well equipped apartment ideal for two adults. It's worth noting that the parking isn't on site. It's about a 3-4 minute walk around the block. Location is great for exploring Portland, the dedicated parking space was very convenient, excellent and attentive communication with the owners, supplies provided were much appreciated, and the suggestions in the welcome book were all terrific.
