EXCELLENT continental bfast! Great pool and spa and fitness center. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And OMG the free coffee/cappuccino machine between the front desk and elevator was next level. Our whole family loved this place and so affordable!

First room was ground floor with a broken lock on the window, we asked to change rooms and the front desk was nice and switched us. We walked to our new room and right outside the room door was a very active leak coming from the ceiling. The floor was soaked. We went back to the front desk to ask for another room. We were moved for the 3rd time ( I should have already left tbh) that room was fine, everything was pretty clean but the sheets had rips in them. Kinda ugly but I didn’t want to switch rooms again. We went to the pool which was ok we were the only ones in there. The jacuzzi didn’t turn on so it was just hot water with no jets. Overall lesson learned you get what you pay for. The breakfast was actually decent in the morning.

The staff are excellent, and there are many thoughtful property features: indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, water dispensers by ice machines, convenience mini-store, nice lobby areas with comfortable seating, lots of charging stations in rooms, Keurig coffee makers. The staff contacted us by phone to let us know that a storm disabled their wireless and internet services. It would be helpful if management created an emergency protocol to support their onsite staff: extra entrance rugs to replace wet ones, toweling (for clean up and in the pool and gym), instructions to reset breakers if there's a power surge (the lights were out in the pool area), instructions to reset the internet and TV streaming/cable service, maybe some kind of treats for inconvenienced guests -- break out some cookies and popcorn or something. Also, the thermostat in our room was not working; it was over 80 degrees when set at 65. The shower gel dispenser was hanging off the wall and could not be re-hung. There were only two tissues left in the box, and only one washrag for two of us. These are management supply and maintenance issues that probably should be reviewed for everyone's benefit.

I did not like that the security deposit was 250.00 dollars. Other places is less. I needed to stay an extra day. Customer services was able to accommodate that. I was pleased with that. We also appreciate having the complimentary breakfast. Because of the bad weather I needed to find a place to stay for my senior disable mother. I did not have the luxury to shop around. Thank you for letting my family staying another day.

Came for a basketball tournament and found this great hotel close to the school. Everyone was great, they had a delicious breakfast spead and have everything you need. Laundry facility on site to wash uniforms and a weight room that had everything to get a workout in. Would love to stay here again when we return.

Located near shopping and food options and overall our stay was very pleasant. Customer service was very good. Lower ratings for cleanliness not being up to par. The only downside to our stay was the thumping of someone in a room above us that subbed like heavy footsteps running and jumping late into the night and then again in the early morning. That wasn't really a motel issue though - that was an inconsiderate neighbor issue.
