Welcome to your Happy Valley luxury retreat—a private 5,000-square-foot estate designed for families, groups, and memorable gatherings. Set at the end of a quiet road and backed by forest, the home offers space, privacy, and comfort just minutes from Portland.  
  
As you arrive, the property rises three stories tall, framed by stonework, wrought-iron railings, and an eight-foot French entry door that sets the tone the moment you step inside. Brazilian cherry floors with custom inlays, travertine entry, crystal chandeliers, and wood shutters throughout create a warm yet refined atmosphere.  
  
The heart of the home is the chef’s kitchen, fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. You’ll find Sub-Zero refrigeration, Wolf appliances including a steam oven, granite countertops, and a large island with seating. Pots, pans, spices, blender, coffee maker, and everything needed to host meals are provided—arrive ready to cook and gather.  
  
Multiple living spaces make it easy for everyone to spread out. Two spacious family rooms, a formal dining room with seating for eight, and a breakfast nook off the kitchen and living room offer flexibility for meals, games, and conversation. A whole-home sound system and multiple fireplaces add comfort throughout.  
  
Entertainment and wellness are standout features. The private home theater seats seven, while the game room includes a pool table. An executive office provides a quiet workspace for remote work. For relaxation, enjoy the private cedar sauna and fitness area with treadmill.  
  
The primary suite is a spa-like retreat of its own, featuring a king bed, private balcony, soaking tub, two-person shower, fireplace, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a separate private toilet room. Additional bedrooms include a bunk-bed room with desk and large closet, another bedroom with a desk and hammock swing, and a lower-level bedroom with its own seating area and walk-in closet. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects two bedrooms, offering a shared tub with a separate private toilet for convenience.  
  
Outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and connection. Enjoy outdoor dining and seating, a firepit for eight, and flagstone paths leading to a greenhouse, waterfall, and pond. A grassy area just off the living room provides space for pets. The backyard is not fenced.  
  
Wildlife sightings are common—deer, rabbits, birds, and more—adding to the secluded feel while remaining close to everything. Parking is easy with a large driveway accommodating six to seven vehicles. Please note: stairs are required to reach the main level.  
  
Whether you’re hosting a family gathering, celebrating a milestone, or simply enjoying time together, this estate is built for big meals, late nights, and lasting memories.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and luxurious the house is.The professional-grade Chef's Kitchen was a dream and made cooking an absolute pleasure. After a day of exploring, the sauna and the massive theater room were the perfect places to relax and have fun. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in, ensuring everyone got a great night's rest. We also loved spending time on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings.The location is also perfect—it offers a private, retreat-like feel while still being close enough for easy travel to downtown Portland and surrounding attractions.The amenities here are top-tier, and the home couldn't have been better.
