We use very clean white linings. House is fully "equipped" with furniture and any other living accessories that human need for living and some complimentary little things. We could offer airport pick up and drop off, notary, fax and some more for extra$ .
The Whole House with private entrance and private back porch is all available for guests . The House has ADU on premises (accessory dwelling unit) with separate own private entrance from the house that we use as our business office. Both has a private separate entrance not related to each other. Guest will have private access to the house with private back porch available for guests only and own keys. The entrance to the house is at the front door of the house with 4 little outside stairs. Outside doorbell has a video camera installed only for the outside view of the house and entrance view.
