There was a multitude of reasons not just one particular reason hence the 1. On my first morning I went to Gracie's and asked if they could add cottage cheese to the eggs and was told that they are a French restaurant and they don't generally make changes to their recipe. I said I needed time and asked for water. I sat there for 5 minutes and nothing. On Sunday when I went to Gracie's I was told it was reservation only (there were 3 tables with people), when I later asked why it was reservation only, the said it was because it was Father's Day and they typically don't get many people. When I asked why they did the reservations when they typically don't get many people, I got a blank response.
My room was never cleaned or replenished with towels, I went down to ask for towels in two separate occasions. Indicating the reason I'm asking for towels. They took my room number and said they would deliver them. They never did. I finally a third time asked for towels and they said they would deliver them I told them I would rather they just give them to me since they didn't fulfill my last two requests.
I was given an apology for the Gracie's issues and would be credited for two days of food and beverage charges. I just checked my bill and realize I was credited with one days charges. The front desk did provide a half day credit for not getting room service.
I'm honestly at a loss as how a guest can be treated so poorly.
