They did not acknowledge that i had booked an ADA ROOM till i called the front desk the next morning. I am disabled and needed a shower bench. Brenda at the front desk gave me incorrect information. I have been staying in motels 6 for over 15 years. But i will never return to that motel 6 or any of motel 6 properties. And definitely not recommend staying at these low budge motels 6. They should really view the reservation yo make sure the customer is not disable or requesting and ADA room. Furthermore not following ADA guidelines is against federal law. So a bit of a warning Brenda the property can be sued and well you can be also.

I want to be clear that the staff was super curtious but the facilities are pretty run down. There was a crater in my bed, i dont know how else to describe it. The bed was almost unusable because the middle was sunken in.

While are area surrounding the property was okay and it was conveniently placed in relation to downtown, it was very dirty. Our sheets had stains of not being washed, there was hair throughout, the shower was gross, and it had a moldy smell. It seems it is a living area for low income, not sure if that impacts the cleanliness somehow. Would not stay again.

Went with this one because it was one of the cheaper options I could find. When we arrived, we were assigned a handicap accessible room that was as basic as basic can be. The floor flooded when the shower was used because the floor was not designed with a slope. There was a gap under the front door that allowed a decent amount of debris to come into the room when the landscapers came through with their leaf blowers at 9am. There was no place to set your clothes (no drawers). No fan in the bathroom. Room smelled musty/mildewy when we first arrived. Will not stay here again. What happened to Motel 6 being the affordable option?! I paid $90/night for this room Don’t believe the pictures they show online.

Big shout out to Jennifer Wagner (motel manager) and staff for accommodating our stay. I was allowed to check in several hours early without any additional fees. Room is super clean, air conditioner on this hot day works really well. Really appreciate the comfortable stay while my husband is still recovering from an intense surgery.

First, I have stayed at this property several times, as it's close to family, and I would stay here again. However, this is Motel 6 in Portland and the nature of the beast is to be sketchy and many people staying there don't care about their garbage nor the noise they make. The motel does clean it up almost daily, but people trash it daily. Knowing that, I feel quite secure in my room, walking my dog, and walking to a neighboring Starbucks.
