Nous etions de passage à portland , en route vers le mont rainier. L'hotel est bien placé. Les chambres grandes. Un restaurant juste à cote de l'hôtel. Un bon hôtel d'étape.

We were a group of friends (4couples) that stayed for 1 night. We received outstanding service from Sadie at the Reception desk. She was polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Definitely an asset to the hotel!!!

The staff was great, breakfast was delicious and the lady who worked the breakfast her name was Esidra and she worked her tail off keeping the dinning area clean and filled with food. Also Renee on the front desk was a delight and very friendly along with the reat of the staff, so much so that we stayed an extra night.

I really enjoyed my stay here. While there isn’t a lot in the immediate vicinity (though Black Angus is right next door), it’s still in a convenient part of Vancouver, next to the highway which allows quick access to Portland or Downtown Vancouver. My room was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t notice any noises outside or from other rooms, so falling asleep was no issue. They included a complimentary breakfast which has a nice selection of items. A minor suggestion that the hotel could benefit from some renovations to enhance its charm further. Additionally, a reduction in single-use plastics could align with eco-conscious practices, although these are minor considerations in an otherwise wonderful experience. A special shout out to the staff, Abby and Destiny, as well as the woman who maintained the breakfast area. All were incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. This is a great option in Vancouver for the price and I would definitely stay here again.

Great value hotel in downtown Vancouver. Not luxe, but it’s not pretending to be. It’s clean and comfortable and usually fairly quiet. Staff has always been very friendly. Good budget option over the much more expensive waterfront hotels.

The shower in 312 was leaking water from the ceiling. It appeared looking at the ceiling drywall that they had a leak previous, and tried to fix it. A slow drip right above the shower head eventually got bigger drips throughout our stay. It was pretty obvious that there was some kinda of leak. BOO!

I had booked a room for the following week but the manager was great and gave us the same room that I had booked-for the night we showed up. The room was clean and comfortable-the only problem was the fridge. The door did not close and freezer was frosted up. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We would stay there again.
