Focusing on your comfort, the cozy apartment (35 m²) is ideal for 3 people. The apartment is located on the underground floor. The configuration of apartments is as follows: a living room with a full-size bed and sofa -bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables, Smart TV LED - 40'' (YouTube and Netflix it’s free for our guests), a dining table that can also be used as a workplace, a bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom with a modern shower cabin, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including a stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, a water kettle, a coffee machine, etc. The kitchen is also equipped with modern crockery and kitchen utensils. A modern kitchen island creates additional convenience and comfort in the kitchen. For the convenience of our guests, the apartment has a modern washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing facilities. Our apartment is equipped with the air conditioner, which can be used for both cooling and heating. What is available to the guests: Our apartments offer high-speed Internet - up to 500 Mb, WI-FI is free for our guests. We provide each guest linens and a set of towels, including a towel for the beach. To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use blinds; the control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms.
