Kitchen area: Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Enclosed back garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. BBQ External utiltiy room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. On entering the proeprty you are greeted by a spacious open plan living space with doors leading out to the rear enclosed garden, from here there is a gate onto a path to which you can take a short walk down to Black Rock Sands, a large sandy beach that spans for 2 miles backed by sand dunes and plenty of rock pools to keep the children and adults entertained for hours. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay, there’s also a separate utility in the garden area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms all stylishly decorated, and a quality modern walk-in shower room. There really is a lovely welcoming feeling in this house as soon as you walk through the door, and your ideally positioned to explore this special region. Around 15 minutes walk you will find the famous Black Rock Sands, You are perfectly placed for mountain and coastal walks. There’s a wealth of activities in the area, from rock climbing, kayaking, quad bike tours, or why not take a Llama for a walk? You are also right next to a fantastic golf course. The nearby town of Porthmadog is only 2 miles away and has a wealth of places to eat, lots of quaint independent shops and is also home to the famous Welsh Highland Railway. The Italian style village of Portmeirion is a short 15-minute drive away. Take a drive a little further just under 12 miles and you’ll discover the imposing Harlech Castle which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Set less than 2 miles from the edge of the Snowdonia National Park why not take a walk up Wales’s highest mountain? Beach ½ mile. Free WiFi Approach to property is by a rough or gravel track.
