"Very nice property! Good location with access to lots of amenities and places in Paris!"

"Our stay began with a wonderful greeting by the staff and early access to our room. The room was a perfect size for 3 adults. We had a queen and a pull out twin with comfortable mattresses on both. The window opened for fresh air. The bathroom was spacious with a rain head shower. The area around the hotel was quiet with so many places to eat within walking distance. Creperie Sainte-Honore and Motors coffee were two of our favorites. The subway entry was right outside the hotel with multiple connection options. We used the iPhone wallet to purchase train rides and we purchased per ride. For 8 days we spent around $52 US dollars. This was less than the longer ended passes available. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and even walked us out with umbrellas during an unexpected rain shower as we took our last walk to the subway to catch our train to the airport. The people of France were welcoming and so easily switched to English to assist with our stumbling French. Thank you Novotel and Paris for an amazing family trip we will not soon forget!!"

"Value for money is definitely a huge advantage of this hotel. Less than 15 min by car from the airport and has a mall within walking distance. Staff was ok. Room is big enough for a night sleep before taking your flight the day after. Room is well sound proofed too. Only downside is that it takes a bit long via public transport (need to switch in between) so getting Uber is the most efficient alternative."

"The staff was fantastic throughout our stay, always so friendly and helpful. We were particularly fond of the four resident dogs lounging on the staircase in the lobby. The two friendliest, Filou and Noisette, never tired of hanging out with my wife and daughter any time we came through. The breakfast offering was comprehensive with just about anything you could want. The rooms are about the size you’d expect for central Paris. They are kept very clean and have everything you need. The entire hotel appears to be recently renovated with nice finishes throughout, and a very cool artsy aesthetic. "
