Everything you need for a comfortable stay! The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. There is a private outside entrance and keypad door lock for access. The sound from the place above was very loud and lasted all night(running, stomping, jumping). Thankfully they checked out and we got some sleep the next night. Needs more Livingroom seating. The chair is definitely for looks only. Don't forget to sign out of your disney, netflix accounts etc.., that was a nightmare to get my account passwords changed because I forgot to sign out when we left and the next folks were using all of my accounts. overall it met all our needs and bed were very comfortable. i would suggest the owner communicate with vacationers through the VRBO site or via phone.
